In case of unexpected events?

Take advantage of the additional service of our two hotels and play safely when planning your trip. So that you and your company are fully guaranteed, and you are spared many problems and worries!

Travel insurance applies in the following cases:

• In case of illness before starting the journey
• In case of premature death of a family member
• In the event of an accident or failure before and during the journey to Wels
• Delays due to third parties caused by avalanches, floods and other natural disasters, flight delays or cancellations.

We ask you for the cancellation of the trip a written confirmation (medical certificate, authority, police) to avoid cancellation fees.
