Various apartments are available in our house for your long-term stay in Wels (from one month).

Business room (15 sqm) with kitchenette and single bed
Business room (22 sqm) with kitchenette and double bed
XL apartment (60 sqm) with bathroom, large kitchen with dining area, living room with wall unit, flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms

In the case of company apartments up to 30 square meters, there are no tax benefit in kind to be applied.

The monthly nightly price depends on the size of the apartment and the services you have booked.

The monthly prices of the apartments are between € 1090, - and € 1790, -

The "basic package" includes once a month room cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels and a monthly rent.

Room cleaning once a week: + € 88.00 / month
Underground garages or covered parking spaces: + € 90.00 / month or € 8.00 per day
E-charging station for Tesla or electric cars: + € 90.00 / month or € 8.00 per day
Daily rich breakfast buffet: + € 180.00 / month or € 10 per day
2nd person in the apartment: + € 25.00 per day / € 180.00 per month excluding local tax and breakfast

Generall conditions:

The new state tourism law has been in force in Upper Austria since January 1st, 2019.

All guests are therefore obliged to pay a local tax of € 2 per night for the first 60 nights.

This does not apply to people with a main residence in Wels. The amount will be collected by the hotel and forwarded to the responsible authorities.

The rent is to be paid in advance in the amount of one month.

The tenant must have reached the age of 18 and must not have any rental arrears from previous rentals.

Photo ID must be presented at the beginning and proof of income must be provided for private individuals.

Shopping: there is a Spar right across from the hotel, which is open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. - The city center with countless shops, restaurants and bars is only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel.
Medical care: In the immediate vicinity and only 3 minutes' walk from the hotel there is a family doctor and a pharmacy. Two ophthalmologists' practices, a knee specialist and various alternative doctors are right across from the hotel. The internationally renowned Wels hospital is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Public transport: The hotel is right next to the Wels bus station and only a 2-minute walk from Wels main train station. - The best connection to the public transport system is therefore offered.
